CURRENT BUSINESS:
1)NO Rotary Meeting next Thursday due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
2)Club Meeting on December 8th will be off-site. Meeting will be at
St. Bernard’s Imaging Center on W. Matthews. Additional information to follow.
3) Club Christmas Party has been set for Saturday evening, December 10th.
Home of Jay and Deanne Clevenger. 2205 Shoshonni Dr. Get a babysitter and
Plan on attending. Fun time for all! See the attached invitation.
4) Please submit any nominations for officer or director to Jay. ALSO, if you would be willing to serve as an officer or director let Jay know. Opportunity to serve your club for the coming year!
5) Tamara Jansen requested help for the upcoming Dictionary Project.
Tuesday, November 22nd at 5pm on the 3rd floor at American State Bank to
get books ready for delivery to schools. Also, need volunteers to deliver
Dictionaries to local schools. Let Tamara know (phone 268-4733) if you can help.

a house in Jonesboro.
From Charles Harris, congrats to Jerry McClurg on the upcoming adoption
of a child due to be finalized next week.
From Deb Edens, she and her husband celebrated their 25th Wedding
Anniversary on Nov. 1st.

Update on Hurrance Katrina efforts in Hancock County, Mississippi.
Jesse Stafford updated the club on Hancock County efforts.
Since the Hurricane stuck in late August, semi-tractor trailers have left
EVERY week from Jonesboro (2 or 3 per week) loaded with needed
supplies. Food, water, gasoline, medical supplies, etc.
To date, in excess of $250.000.00 value has been totally donated.
Currently looking for volunteers to arrive down in Mississippi next Wednesday, November 23rd to help serve approximately 7500 Thanksgiving Dinners.
