By listing at least one or two areas of significant/special/unique knowledge*, skill*, talent*, ability* or experience*, the member offers his/her expertise in exchange for their incidental tapping of the expertise of other club members.
In addition, members can offer referrals to other vocations or occupations with which they work or have special connections**.
